GanttOps is a scheduling control from Bitwise Solutions, and the consulting and integration work that puts it inside an operator's own system.

It is built for dispatchers and schedulers who need to see a fleet's day at once and change it by dragging — give a trip to another aircraft or truck, slide an empty leg, see which crew or driver ran out of hours, and see what a change breaks before committing it. The lineage is from FlightOps, a comprehensive airline management tool that let schedulers manage flights, crews, and resources efficiently with drag and drop interactions in a visual timeline.

Your system stays the system of record

GanttOps keeps no copy of the schedule. A dispatch desk, an ops wall and a crew desk all draw the same board from the operator's own system, over one contract: a snapshot on connect, then each change as it is made, carrying a version so an older message can never overwrite a newer one. A drag on one desk is that system's decision before it is anyone else's screen, and nothing becomes a second database.

Consulting and integration

A control on its own schedules nothing. Bitwise Solutions provides the consulting and integration services that make GanttOps useful in a particular operation: mapping an operator's aircraft, crews, trips and rules onto the board; building the contract on the operator's own system so that every screen draws from it; connecting the board to the dispatch, crew-management and maintenance systems already in use; and custom development where an operation needs something the control does not do out of the box. The work is scoped and priced as fixed packages where the scope is known, and as consulting where it is not.

Operations-software vendors can also license GanttOps to embed in their own products, with the same integration support.
